The sophisticated and award-winning gastronomy of our hotel is based on freshness, seasonality, quality ingredients and Slovak tradition. Our talented chef Peter Bracho and his team will make sure that the Slovak kitchen becomes a work of art on the plate.
Peter Bracho, who has been working in our hotel as a chef for more than 5 years, emphasizes the quality, locality and freshness of the ingredients used. He holds the awards Master Chef of the Slovak Republic 2016/2017 and winner of the fifth year Interregional culinary cup of European regions 2019. In the past, he cooked in Vienna, in Germany, in the restaurant of Michelin chef Pavel Pospíšil or with Jaroslav Židek. He was also involved in the launch of the Warhol’s Bar & Bistro restaurant at EXPO 2020 in Dubai – the Slovak Pavilion.
During warm days, sit comfortably on the summer terrace with a wonderful view of the hotel area and the surrounding hills of the Low Tatras by the sound of the rumbling stream Štiavnica and the singing of birds.
