Pension Zivka is located in Závažná Poruba, just 5 minutes from Liptovský Mikuláš. Except for the comfortable accommodation, the pension has also restaurant and wellness, suitable for families with children, couples, as well as multi-member tours.
The area offers a wide range of sports, relaxation, hiking, but also entertainment. In the winter season, the Opalisko Ski Center is only 400m from this pension. The ski resort is also offering discounts for Liptov Region Card holders.
The restaurant offers culinary specialties of Slovak and world cuisine.
There is a separate common room for up to 20 people, suitable for family celebrations and corporate training. There is also a social and congress room with a capacity of up to 50 people.

Relax in modern rooms. Each room is standard equipped with beds, desk with two chairs, lamps. Comfortable sofa for watching TV, which serves as an extra bed. Each room has an LCD TV, alarm clock radio and Wi-Fi internet access. All rooms are non-smoking. Smoking is available on the balcony, as long as the room has one. Your four-legged pets are also welcome at the Zivka guest house, as long as they do not disturb other guests and destroy the hotel’s facilities.
