You can also charge your electric bike at the end of Žiarska Valley in the Western Tatras, directly at the popular mountain hut, Žiarska Cottage (1,325 m above sea level). Žiarska Hut is open year-round and is an ideal destination for families with children, as well as a starting point for various hikes and ski touring trips to the Baníkov and Baranec areas.
The ePOWERpoint electric bike charging station is located on the right-hand side of the road at the entrance to the hut’s premises. At the hut, you will find an outdoor snack bar as well as a restaurant with a summer terrace, where you can relax and enjoy some refreshments while your electric bikes are charging.
