An ideal walk for families with children or seniors. In the vicinity of Vrbický Tarn you will find spacious benches made of solid wood, with the inscription Demänovská valley, where you can relax during undemanding walks.
On the shore of lake you will find its regular residents ducks, which form an integral part of it. They are very quiet, fearless and welcome almost all visitors to the lake.
While walking around Vrbický Tarn, on the shore, you will come across a unique climbing frame with a portrait of a bird.
This huge bird landed in the arms of the beautiful Tatra nature in 2015. It offers a small amount of entertainment to small visitors to the Demänovská Valley. The new children’s natural climbing frame, near Vrbický Tarn, fits into the atmosphere of the surroundings with its material and design. The climbing frame is made of quality agate wood, it meets safety standards and is certified.
The creator of this eco-friendly, unique and safe jungle gym is the academic sculptor Jozef Kliský. He has been working on wooden playgrounds since 1993. Its playgrounds offer children play area, entertainment, exploring the unknown and a number of adventures. Each of its pitches is specific and original. It aims not only to offer children a safe place to play and develop physical activities, but also stimulate the development of their aesthetic perception.
