If you’ve always dreamt of becoming a racing driver, the karting hall in Závažná Poruba is the place for you. This indoor track lets you race all year round, whatever the weather. The course is both technical and great fun, perfect for friendly competing with friends or family.

Target shooting is all about focus, skill, and satisfaction. The range features nine professionally equipped lanes, with over 32 different types of firearms, including some of the largest calibres in the world. You don’t need to be a pro, have a licence, or bring your own weapon. As long as you’re over 12, certified instructors will take care of the rest.

River rafting the Belá or Váh

Ready to take on the waves? Then rafting on the Belá or Váh is for you. The Belá, considered the most beautiful wild river in Slovakia, is navigable only in spring when the snow melts in the Tatras. Expect surging currents, rocks, and spray – pure adrenaline.

For a gentler alternative, try a floating trip down the Váh – perfect for families and beginners. The slower current, scenic views, and peacefulness of nature make it a truly enjoyable experience.

Liptov is home to several rope parks – including Tarzániu Hrabovo and Rope park Tarzania Jasná. You can also try ziplining across rivers or forests – a perfect middle ground between fun and fear of heights.

Bike parks and mountain trails

Craving thrills on two wheels? Head to Bike park Malinô Brdo. Take a lift to the top and ride down along groomed trails, ranging from easy to extreme.

Climbing wall Lozilla

This modern bouldering hall offers 660 m² of climbing space, making it one of the largest in Slovakia. With over 100 regularly updated routes of varying difficulty, there’s always a new challenge waiting.

Bouldering is a form of rope-free climbing on lower walls, with thick mats below to ensure a safe landing. It’s suitable for both beginners and experienced climbers. You can hire climbing shoes on site and get guidance from instructors if needed.

Hurricane Factory Tatralandia – Indoor skydiving

Ever wondered what free fall feels like – without the parachute or the risk? At Hurricane Factory, you can enjoy that sensation in complete safety.

Inside a glass chamber, a vertical stream of air travelling at speeds of up to 270 km/h lifts you into the air to simulate a real skydive. Each flight lasts 1–2 minutes, equivalent to jumping from 4,000 metres.
