Sauna masters make sauna sessions more intensive and more attractive by swirling hot air, pouring water with aroma essences on hot stones or applying peeling and other products. Try it and you will love this new dimension of sauna relaxation. 

Clients can use all saunas and treatments in the Harmónia wellness & spa centre, a relaxation zone and indoor pools in the Atrium. Sauna rituals take place in the new Sauna temple and the Chopok sauna, peelings are offered in the Sunrise salt sauna. Treat your body, mind and soul to well-deserved relaxation. Aromatherapy and sound elements guarantee absolute peace and so does the recently offered music therapy.

Every ritual should be followed by a shower, a few seconds in a cooling pool and subsequent relaxation in the Atrium zone or pools for twice as long as the ritual duration.
