\r\n

We recommend that you start this trail in the village of Kva\u010dany. Continue across the village Dlh\u00e1 l\u00faka, beneath the forest and along the field paths to the beginning of the Prosiecka Valley. From this point, the trail continues along an old asphalt road. After elevation in between Prosiek and Bukovina villages, you will be rewarded with a beautiful view of the whole Liptov area. Now take a descent to Bukovina, where you will switch to a side road leading to the village of Malatin\u00e1 along the creek. A lovely forest trail is waiting for you all the way to the village of Mal\u00e9 Borov\u00e9; and from this point continue along the river through the narrow of the Kva\u010dianska Valley. Just a short detour will lead you to water mills Oblazy that\u00b4s definitely worth seeing. From this beautiful place, you need to ascent above the river again, and taking short ups and downs along the viewpoints you will get back to the village of Kva\u010dany.<\/p>\n <\/div>\r\n\t<\/div>\r\n

We recommend starting this circuit in the village of Kvacany. Through the Dlh\u00e1 L\u00faka (Long Meadow), below the forest, you will walk along the field paths to the mouth of the Prosiecka Valley from where the route continues along the old asphalt path. After the hike between Prosiek and Bukovina you have a beautiful view of the whole Liptov. From here continue downhill to Bukovina, where you turn to a side road to Malatina along the creek only in a slight ascent. There is also a nice forest road to the village of Mal\u00e9 Borov\u00e9 where you continue along the river through the Kava\u010dianska Valley. A short detour, which is definitely worth it, will take you to the water mills of the Oblas. From this beautiful place you have to get back on the road above the creek and with short ascents and descents you will get back to the village of Kva\u010dany in addition to plenty of aerial views.
