The legendary route, along the front line from the 2nd World War, is a rarity that occurs rarely.  It runs mostly through the ridge, which tends to be blown out of the snow. Therefore the connection of the routes on H\u00e1j Nicov\u00f4 with the valley \u017diarska dolina quite rare. If it is possible to modify the track, it is a real ski resort. It is relatively light track, but you must be careful when skiing down over the agricultural yard in the village \u017diar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The best place from the <\/span>start <\/strong>of the cross-country skiing route is a large free <\/span>parking <\/strong>lot <\/span>at the military monument Haj \u2013 Nicov\u00f4<\/a><\/strong>. It is near the town Liptovsk\u00fd Mikul\u00e1\u0161. Good marking from the town centre of Liptovsk\u00fd Mikul\u00e1\u0161 will lead you here. From the parking lot, you will head back a few meters along the asphalt road you came from. You come to the cycling column with the name Turning to Haj located at the crossroad. Here you will turn onto the road, which is marked with no entry for motor vehicles. If there is enough snow, you can already put on cross-country skis here and then you are already following the route.  On the right side you will pass the agriculture cooperative in the village Smre\u010dany.  You can get to the village \u017diar and<\/span> ski resort called Dolinky<\/a><\/strong> through the fields.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Legend\u00e1rna trasa, po trase frontovej l\u00ednie z 2. svetovej vojny je vz\u00e1cnos\u0165ou, ktor\u00e1 sa podar\u00ed len ob\u010das. Vedie z ve\u013ekej \u010dasti hrebe\u0148om, ktor\u00fd zvykne by\u0165 vyf\u00fakan\u00fd, preto je prepojenie tr\u00e1s na H\u00e1ji so \u017diarskou dolinou pomerne zriedkav\u00e9. V pr\u00edpade mo\u017enosti upravi\u0165 tra\u0165 ide o naozajstn\u00fa ly\u017eiarsku magistr\u00e1lu. Je relat\u00edvne \u013eahk\u00e1, pozor treba da\u0165 pri zjazde nad po\u013enohospod\u00e1rskym dvorom v \u017diari. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Najlep\u0161\u00edm miestom od \u0161tartu <\/strong>be\u017ek\u00e1rskej trasy, ktor\u00e9 je bl\u00edzko mesta Liptovsk\u00fd Mikul\u00e1\u0161, kde m\u00f4\u017eete zaparkova\u0165 je ve\u013ek\u00e9 bezplatn\u00e9 parkovisko <\/strong>pri vojenskom pam\u00e4tn\u00edku na H\u00e1j - Nicove<\/strong><\/a>. Dovedie v\u00e1s sem zna\u010denie z centra Liptovsk\u00e9ho Mikul\u00e1\u0161a. <\/span>Od parkoviska sa vyd\u00e1te p\u00e1r metrov sp\u00e4\u0165 po asfaltovej ceste, ktorou ste pri\u0161li. Pr\u00eddete k cyklost\u013apiku Odbo\u010dka na H\u00e1j, ktor\u00e1 sa nach\u00e1dza za kri\u017eovatke. Tu odbo\u010d\u00edte na cestu, ktor\u00e1 je ozna\u010den\u00e1 z\u00e1kazom vjazdu pre motorov\u00e9 vozidl\u00e1. Ak je dostatok snehu, u\u017e tu si m\u00f4\u017eete nasadi\u0165 be\u017eky a n\u00e1sledne u\u017e idete po trase, po pravej strane m\u00ed\u0148ate dru\u017estvo v obci Smre\u010dany a pomedzi polia sa dostanete a\u017e do obci \u017diar k ly\u017eiarskemu stredisku Dolinky<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Jest stosunkowo \u0142atwa, tnale\u017cy by\u0107 ostro\u017cnym podczas zje\u017cd\u017cania nad gospodarstwem rolnym w \u017diari.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Najlepszym miejscem, gdzie mo\u017cna zaparkowa\u0107 od pocz\u0105tku<\/strong> trasy biegowej, kt\u00f3ra znajduje si\u0119 w pobli\u017cu miasta Liptowski Mikulasz, jest du\u017cy bezp\u0142atny parking<\/strong> przy pomniku wojskowym na H\u00e1j - Nicove<\/u><\/strong>.<\/a> Tutaj drogowskaz poprowadzi a\u017c z centrum Liptowskiego Mikulasza. Z parkingu nale\u017cy wr\u00f3ci\u0107 si\u0119 kilka metr\u00f3w asfaltow\u0105 drog\u0105, kt\u00f3r\u0105 przyjechali\u015bmy. Dochodzimy do s\u0142upka rowerowego Skr\u0119t na H\u00e1j, kt\u00f3ry znajduje si\u0119 za skrzy\u017cowaniem. Tutaj nale\u017cy skr\u0119ci\u0107 w drog\u0119 oznaczon\u0105 zakazem wjazdu dla pojazd\u00f3w mechanicznych. Je\u015bli \u015bniegu jest wystarczaj\u0105co du\u017co, mo\u017cna tu ju\u017c za\u0142o\u017cy\u0107 narty biegowe, a nast\u0119pnie pod\u0105\u017ca\u0107 tras\u0105, po prawej stronie mijaj\u0105c sp\u00f3\u0142dzielni\u0119 w miejscowo\u015bci Smre\u010dany i mi\u0119dzy polami doj\u015b\u0107 do wsi \u017diar do O\u015brodka narciarskiego Dolinky<\/strong>.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n
