Cross \u2013 country skiing tracks begin in the area of Matej Staron physical movement center above the village Z\u00e1va\u017en\u00e1 Poruba. You can park your car for free in the parking lot below <\/span>the Opalisko ski resort <\/a><\/strong>about 150 meters near the entry to the track. The track has a profile of racetracks, but it is also suitable for intermediate advanced skiers. The downhill is always followed by the counter-slope to reduce speed or at least a flat surface to slow down.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A large 5 km circuit will take you along the enclosure Brestov\u00e1 with venison to the meadows with a beautiful view of the Liptov region, also called B\u00e1nove lazy \/hamlet\/. This circuit rotates in many places, creating the possibility of shortening the route almost at any time. On the tracks, you can also find local signs, which make the navigation easier. In the further past, the tracks were modified up to the ski resort I\u013eanovo (Nezabudka cottage), but due to the denser vegetation, the passage of cross country skiing track technology is more complicated. However, they create a nice option for backcountry skiing enthusiasts out of the modified tracks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The tracks in Z\u00e1va\u017en\u00e1 Poruba are modified and well-kept by the enthusiasts from the local Cross \u2013 country Skiing Club named Opalisko with the support of the municipality. In the future, they also plan to make an asphalt track for roller ski training, which will also simplify the track modification in the winter season with a low layer of snow cover.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Na tratiach n\u00e1jdete aj miestne zna\u010denie, pod\u013ea ktor\u00e9ho sa jednoduch\u0161ie zorientujete. V d\u00e1vnej\u0161ej minulosti boli trate upravovan\u00e9 a\u017e po ly\u017eiarske stredisko v I\u013eanove (chata Nez\u00e1budka), av\u0161ak kv\u00f4li hustej\u0161ej veget\u00e1ci\u00ed je prechod p\u00e1sovej techniky komplikovanej\u0161\u00ed. Vytv\u00e1raj\u00fa v\u0161ak fajn mo\u017enos\u0165 pre nad\u0161encov backcountry ly\u017eovania mimo upraven\u00e9 stopy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Trate v Z\u00e1va\u017enej Porube upravuj\u00fa nad\u0161enci z miestneho Be\u017eeck\u00e9ho klubu Opalisko za podpory obce. V bud\u00facnosti pl\u00e1nuj\u00fa aj vyhotovenie asfaltovej dr\u00e1hy pre tr\u00e9ning na kolieskov\u00fdch ly\u017eiach, ktor\u00e1 taktie\u017e zjednodu\u0161\u00ed \u00fapravu v zimnom obdob\u00ed pri n\u00edzkej vrstve snehovej pokr\u00fdvky.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Samoch\u00f3d mo\u017cna bezp\u0142atnie zaparkowa\u0107 na parkingu pod o\u015brodkiem narciarskim Opalisko<\/a><\/u><\/strong>, oko\u0142o 150 metr\u00f3w nad pocz\u0105tkiem trasy. Trasa ma charakter tor\u00f3w wy\u015bcigowych, ale poradz\u0105 sobie z ni\u0105 r\u00f3wnie\u017c osoby \u015brednio zaawansowane. Du\u017ca 5-kilometrowa trasa okr\u0119\u017cna prowadzi wzd\u0142u\u017c ogrodzenia, gdzie znajduj\u0105 si\u0119 zwierz\u0119ta, o nazwie  Brestov\u00e1, a\u017c na \u0142\u0105ki z pi\u0119knym widokiem na Liptowsk\u0105 Kotlin\u0119, zwan\u0105 tak\u017ce B\u00e1nove lazy. Ta trasa okr\u0119\u017cna zakr\u0119ca w wielu miejscach, stwarzaj\u0105c mo\u017cliwo\u015b\u0107 skr\u00f3cenia trasy niemal w ka\u017cdym momencie. Na trasach znajduj\u0105 si\u0119 r\u00f3wnie\u017c lokalne oznaczenia, kt\u00f3re u\u0142atwi\u0105  orientacj\u0119. W przesz\u0142o\u015bci trasy by\u0142y przygotowane a\u017c do o\u015brodka narciarskiego w I\u013eanowie (Schronisko Chata Nez\u00e1budka), ale ze wzgl\u0119du na g\u0119stsz\u0105 ro\u015blinno\u015b\u0107 dost\u0119pno\u015b\u0107 ratrak\u00f3w jest bardziej skomplikowana. Stanowi\u0105 jednak fajn\u0105 opcj\u0119 dla mi\u0142o\u015bnik\u00f3w narciarstwa backcountry poza przygotowanymi trasami.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
