Liptov is the “Mecca” of Slovak downhill skiing. Nevertheless, there are more than 70 km of cross-country trails, under optimum snow conditions, available under Liptov hills. The Liptans have jointly created a guide on these cross-country trails, which maps the 19 most interesting sites suitable for cross-country skiers. The individual routes are taken care of by their villages or by the local runners’ clubs.<\/p>\n

Cross-country skiing in Liptov<\/p>\n

Their proficient runners, as well as families with children, will come to theirs. Just select the route with the appropriate capabilities in terms of both length and elevation. The longest is the route on the northern side of Liptovsk\u00fd Mikul\u00e1\u0161 with a length of 10.7 km in the locality H\u00e1j – Smre\u010dany – Dolinky – village \u017diar, with 168 m and 192 m. Medically capable runners can try at Ru\u017eomberok almost five kilometers long route, which connects Hrabovsk\u00e1 and \u010cutkovsk\u00e1 valley. The highest elevation is reached by the Hrabovo – Vlkol\u00ednske meadow. Children could enjoy a small route in Malin\u00f4 Brdo, which does not have a single kilometer and a minimum elevation.<\/p>\n

Nevertheless, there are more than 70 km of cross-country trails, under optimum snow conditions, available under Liptov hills. The Liptans have jointly created a guide on these cross-country trails, which maps the 19 most interesting sites suitable for cross-country skiers. The individual routes are taken care of by their villages or by the local runners' clubs.\n\nCross-country skiing in Liptov\n\nTheir proficient runners, as well as families with children, will come to theirs. Just select the route with the appropriate capabilities in terms of both length and elevation. The longest is the route on the northern side of Liptovsk\u00fd Mikul\u00e1\u0161 with a length of 10.7 km in the locality H\u00e1j - Smre\u010dany - Dolinky - village \u017diar, with 168 m and 192 m. Medically capable runners can try at Ru\u017eomberok almost five kilometers long route, which connects Hrabovsk\u00e1 and \u010cutkovsk\u00e1 valley. The highest elevation is reached by the Hrabovo - Vlkol\u00ednske meadow. Children could enjoy a small route in Malin\u00f4 Brdo, which does not have a single kilometer and a minimum elevation.\n\n[\/fusion_text][fusion_text]\n
