<\/span>\u010cutkovsk\u00e1 Valley situated in the protected area of the National Park of Ve\u013ek\u00e1 Fatra, near the \u010cernov\u00e1 district, is not so well-known among tourists. Yet it is a place that is definitely worth visiting.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

One of the biggest attractions of the valley is the <\/span>Jelen\u00ed Vodop\u00e1d Waterfall<\/strong>, which thanks to its <\/span>height of 24 meters<\/strong>, represents the <\/span>second highest formation of its kind<\/strong> in the national park.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The waterfall is<\/span> located on the Jelen\u00ed Potok River<\/strong> \u2013 a tributary of \u010cutkovsk\u00fd Potok River. It consists <\/span>of double cascading floors<\/strong> and the most beautiful is its upper part. From a scientific perspective it is a so-called \u201cdestructive waterfall\u201d which means that its height and inclination will recede over time due to the water impact.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Jelen\u00ed Vodop\u00e1d Waterfall represents one of the stops along the educational trail named \u201cZn\u00e1ma nezn\u00e1ma\u201d (\u201cKnown Unknown\u201d), which starts at the mouth of the \u010cutkovsk\u00e1 Valley and makes all the most attractive corners of the area accessible. There are 84 steps built in the front area of the waterfall because of the more difficult terrain. Since the amount of water in the waterfall fluctuates during the year, it is best to visit it in the spring or in the seasons after major rains.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Znajduje si\u0119 w strefie ochronnej Parku Narodowego Wielka Fatra w pobli\u017cu dzielnicy Ruzomberok w miejscowo\u015bci \u010cernov\u00e1. Niemniej jednak jest to miejsce, kt\u00f3re zdecydowanie warto odwiedzi\u0107. Jelen\u00ed vodop\u00e1d nale\u017cy do najwi\u0119kszych atrakcji doliny. Dzi\u0119ki swojej wysoko\u015bci 24 metr\u00f3w jest drug\u0105 najwy\u017csz\u0105 formacj\u0105 tego typu w ca\u0142ym parku narodowym.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
