The sculpture Our Mother (1896), which is registered in the Louvre museum in Paris as one of the most flawless sculptures in the world, is placed at the entrance of the Liptov Gallery of P. M. Boh\u00fa\u0148 on Tranovsk\u00e9ho street 3. Its photography used to be sold in the USA on Mother\u00b4s Day for many years.<\/div>\n

The sculpture was made by Alojz \u0160tr\u00f3bl, the leading personality of Hungarian sculpture art, who was born in the Liptov region.<\/div>\n

The sculpture presents \u0160r\u00f3bl\u2019s mother as she was sitting in front of the house in nearby village Kr\u00e1\u013eova Lehota with the Bible in her womb. Marble original of the sculpture can be found in the exposition of Hungarian National Gallery in Budapest, while in front of the Gallery of P.M.
