Pumped hydroelectric energy storage \u010cierny V\u00e1h <\/span>consists of two tanks<\/strong>. The upper reservoir was built on a hill in a place called \u201eVy\u0161n\u00e9 sokoly\u201c at an altitude of <\/span>1,160 m asl<\/strong>. The second part of the plant with water reservoir was built in the valley at an altitude of <\/span>733 m asl<\/strong>. The pumped hydroelectric energy storage is <\/span>the largest of its kind in Slovakia<\/strong>. The upper reservoir offers <\/span>panoramic views of the whole region of Liptov, and the Western and High Tatras<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
