The ski resort is situated on the slopes of the Veľká Fatra mountain range at the height from 545 to 1,209 m above the sea level, only 2 km from the centre of the town of Ružomberok. (Show more)
The resort is situated on the slopes of the Veľká Fatra mountain range at the height from 545 to 1,209 m above the sea level, only 2 km from the centre of the town of Ružomberok. The resort is accessible from the part of Ružomberok called Hrabovo (only 1 km from the town centre). Malinô Brdo can be reached from Hrabovo by a modern 8-seat, 1,770 m long cabin cable way, which can carry 1,500 persons an hour. A 4-seat chair lift, 2 ski lifts, and 4 ski lifts for beginners and children operate in the centre of the resort, taking visitors to 12 km of skiing tracks, the longest of which is 3,900 m long with the vertical drop of 698 m.
